Ruglach
Ruglach is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter, 1 envelope dry yeast, 1/4 c. warm water, 3 egg yolks and 1/2 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter in a saucepan.
Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Add yeast to melted butter.
Add 3 egg yolks, sour cream and flour to yeast and butter mixture.
Put in refrigerator overnight. Divide dough into 8 parts; roll each part in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Cut each into 8 parts like pie.
Place some chopped nuts and raisins at wide end and roll into crescent shape.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
