Ruby's Stuffed Peppers

Cut off tops of peppers and remove seeds, etc.
Parboil peppers in lightly salted water about 2 minutes.
Cook rice by directions on box.
Mix ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and tomatoes.
Stuff peppers.
Place in casserole and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
