Rouladen
Rouladen is an easy dinner. Made with round steak, cut 1/4-inch thick, bacon, cut into 2-inch pieces, dried minced onions and dill pickles, thinly sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Trim away fat and bones from steak.
Cut into sections approximately 3 x 5-inch.
Place bacon on meat.
Add onion and, if desired, a strip of dill pickle.
Roll and fasten with toothpick or tie with string.
Roll in flour.
Brown in oil in large roasting pan on all sides.
Add water to 2 to 3-inches. Simmer on burner or place in 325Β° oven for 2 hours or until done.
