Rotel Cheese Dip
Rotel Cheese Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pasteurized process cheese spread, cut into cubes, 1 (10 oz.) can ro-tel tomatoes and green chilies and about 1/4 lb. ground beef, browned (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place ingredients (except beef) in a covered casserole. Microwave on High until cheese spread is melted, about 5 minutes, stirring once.
Add ground beef, if desired.
