Rosie's Unfried Chicken
Rosie'S Unfried Chicken is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (4 lb.) chicken, skin removed, cut into 12 pieces, 3 1/2 c. ice water, 1 c. plain nonfat yogurt, 1 c. italian bread crumbs and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put cut pieces of chicken in ice water for 1/2 hour.
Mix last 10 ingredients listed for breading.
Take chicken out of ice water, dip in yogurt and then in breading.
Place in a pan which has been sprayed with light cooking spray.
Spray each piece of chicken to prevent drying.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β° turning every 20 minutes.
