Rosie's Chicken
Rosie'S Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken cutlets (skinless and boneless), 1/2 c. each: bread crumbs and parmesan cheese, 1 stick butter or margarine, 1 garlic clove, minced and 1 c. fresh mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Bread chicken cutlets with 1/2 bread crumbs and 1/2 Parmesan cheese; brown in margarine and chopped garlic.
Remove from pan. Saute mushrooms in margarine and garlic.
Put cutlets back into pan with mushrooms.
Pour enough wine to cover chicken and boil, then simmer, for 15 minutes.
Put slice of Mozzarella on top of each cutlet and cover.
Place in oven for about 30 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Serve over noodles.
