Roquefort Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. cream cheese, softened, 2 oz. roquefort or blue cheese, crumbled, 2 oz. firmly shredded sharp cheddar cheese or 1/2 c., 1 tbsp. dry white wine or dry vermouth and 1/4 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a small mixing bowl at low speed, beat cheeses for 2 minutes.
Add green onions, optional wine or vermouth and mustard. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes or until fluffy.
Cover and chill for 2 hours.
With wet hands, shape into a 3-inch ball and roll in nuts.
Decorate with parsley and serve with crackers.
