Rolls
Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. sifted flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 2 pkg. yeast and 1 1/2 c. crisco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Into a large bowl, combine 2 1/4 cups flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
Mix at low speed, adding 2 cups hot water (120° to 130°) into the dry ingredients.
Add Crisco also.
Beat 2 minutes.
Add 1 cup flour and beat 2 more minutes.
With a spoon, mix in the rest of the flour and knead until smooth.
Let rise until doubled. Make into buns and bake at 375°.
