Roast Duck(Hungarian Style)
Roast Duck(Hungarian Style) is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. roasting duck, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper and 4 tsp. crushed garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sprinkle duck with salt, pepper and garlic, inside and out. Tie legs together.
Prick skin all other with fork.
Put duck side up in shallow roasting pan (do not add water), basting with juice from duck.
Cook duck for 1 1/2 hours or until tender in a 350Β° oven.
Strain juices; save 1/4 cup.
Cook white ice and mix with 1/4 cup juice.
Cut up duck and arrange on heated platter with rice.
