Richard's Mexican Casserole
Richard'S Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat, 1 small onion, chopped, 1/4 c. green pepper, 1 c. cream of mushroom soup and 1 can ro-tel tomatoes and green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook hamburger meat and onion until brown.
Add green pepper, cream of mushroom soup, Pet milk and tomatoes.
Mix well and let simmer for 1 hour.
(Add a little water if sauce gets too thick.) Line a baking dish with tortillas; cover with meat sauce and repeat layers.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes at 325Β°.
