Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. rice, cooked in 2 1/2 c. water, 3 egg yolks, beaten (reserve egg whites), 1 c. sugar, 4 drops lemon extract and 1/2 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine egg yolks, sugar, cooked rice and lemon extract; mix well.
Cook over low heat.
Stir constantly until thickened.
Add butter after removing from heat.
Place in baking dish.
Beat egg whites until foamy; spread on pudding.
