Rice Pudding

Combine rice, milk and margarine and boil for 1 hour in a double boiler, stirring occasionally. Mix together the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla and stir into the hot mixture. Pour into an oven-safe dish and bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes with the pan set in hot water. Stir once after 15 minutes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Raisins can be added.
