Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raw rice, 1 1/2 c. water, 7 c. milk, 4 egg yolks and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place rice and water in a Dutch oven. Cook until all water is absorbed.
Add 7 cups milk. Cook this until rice is soft, about 1 hour.
After rice is soft, in a separate pot, bring egg yolks, sugar, 1 cup milk, vanilla and salt to a boil.
Add yolk mixture to rice and stir until mixed.
Pour into a glass Pyrex dish. Beat the egg whites until frothy and put on top of pudding.
Brown in oven about 15 minutes at 350Β°.
