Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. cooked rice, 2 eggs, divided, 1 tbsp. powdered sugar, 1 c. milk and 1 c. canned cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Lemon colored in a mixing bowl; add 2 tablespoons of the milk and cream mixture. Place remainder and cream in a double boiler.
Set over medium heat.
Wash raisins and put in the milk mixture in the boiler. about 15 minutes.
Add rice. Cook 5 minutes longer, then stir in the yolks, salt, sugar and spice. Stir until well blended, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from heat. Pour into 3-quart pudding pan.
