Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. rice, cooked with 1/2 c. raisins (if desired), 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. sifted flour and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In top of double boiler, combine sugar, salt and flour.
Gradually add milk.
Place over rapidly boiling water, stirring until mixture coats spoon.
Pour a little of the hot mixture into beaten egg yolks, beating constantly.
Add egg yolks to hot mixture in double boiler.
Stir in rice and raisins; cook 2 minutes.
Put into baking dish.
