Rice-Green Chili Casserole
Rice-Green Chili Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice (uncooked), 2 c. sour cream, 2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated and 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Combine cooked rice and sour cream; mix well.
Layer in well buttered baking dish the following
1/2 rice mixture, green chilies and Cheddar cheese.
Top with the remaining rice mixture and Parmesan cheese. Dot with butter and sprinkle with black pepper.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
