Ribs with Turnip
Ribs With Turnip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 450 g (1 lb.) pork ribs, 300 g (2/3 lb.) turnips (daikon), 6 sections green onion, 2 c. water and 1/4 c. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut the ribs into 3 cm. (1 1/3 inch) long strips.
Blanch in boiling water and then drain.
Pare the turnips, then cut them into bite-size pieces.
Heat the wok, then add 1 tablespoon oil; stir-fry the green onion until fragrant.
Fry the ribs, then add water, soy sauce, sugar and salt and stir to mix.
Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Add the turnips and cook for another 10 minutes, then serve.
