Cook beef well done.

Remove from broth.

Add corn, salt and pepper to boiling broth and cook 5 to 10 minutes.

Make ribble by using 2 eggs slightly stirred to which you add flour so that when rubbed between the palms of your hand you have small crumbly ribble.

Add ribble to the boiling broth and corn, stirring as you add.

Cook a few minutes.

The ribble will look like big grains of rice when done.

Take care not to let boil over.
