Rhubarb Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. water, 2 1/2 qt. rhubarb, diced, 4 c. sugar, 3 c. orange juice and 1 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook rhubarb in 4 cups of water until tender, about 10 minutes.
Put through coarse sieve; add sugar to hot liquid.
Stir until dissolved; add other juices.
Chill until ready to serve and add last 3 quarts of water or ginger ale.
