Rhubarb Pie
Rhubarb Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. raw rhubarb, 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. water, 3 tbsp. flour and 2 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cut up raw rhubarb and pour boiling water over it.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Then drain off the water and add sugar, 3 tablespoons water, flour and egg yolks.
Pour into unbaked pie shell, dot with butter and bake at 350Β° until done.
Then whip egg whites and put on top and brown.
