Rhubarb Pie
Rhubarb Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 heaping c. diced rhubarb, 2 egg yolks, beaten, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place rhubarb in unbaked pie shell.
Mix and pour the remaining ingredients into pie shell.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Pie can be baked with no top crust or you may add a crisscross top for decoration before baking.
