Rhubarb Jam
Rhubarb Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. rhubarb, cut up, 2 3/4 c. sugar and 1 small box strawberry jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put cut rhubarb in 2-quart pan.
Pour sugar over it and let stand until juice forms.
Cook and bring to a boil.
Time for 11 minutes.
Stir while cooking.
Take off heat and pour in Jell-O. Stir and pour in jars.
Cover jars with lids.
Keep in refrigerator.
