Mix sugar and flour together and put over rhubarb.
Let stand while making crust.
Mix eggs and milk.
Pour over rhubarb and mix.
Pour into a 9 or 10-inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 450° for 15 minutes and then turn oven back to 350° and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
