Rhubarb Crunch
Rhubarb Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 2 c. flour, 2 c. oatmeal, 3/4 c. shortening and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, shortening and cinnamon. Press half of this mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan, saving the other half for the topping.
Set aside.
Cook the water, sugar and rhubarb, adding the cornstarch (softened in water) last.
Put over crumbs in pan and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
Bake in 325Β° oven for about 1 hour.
Be sure to serve with vanilla ice cream!
