Rhubarb Crisp
Rhubarb Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 c. brown sugar, 3/4 c. oatmeal, 1 stick oleo, melted and 2 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and oleo together.
Put half of the mixture in a 9-inch square pan.
Add cut up rhubarb on top. Bring water, cornstarch, sugar, vanilla and food coloring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
Pour on top of rhubarb, then put the rest of oatmeal mixture on top of that and bake for 1 hour at 375Β°.
