Rhubarb Cream Pie

Beat the egg yolks.
Add the sugar, mixed with flour, and the melted butter.
Stir until smooth.
Line a medium-sized pan with pastry and arrange the cut rhubarb in it.
Pour over the sugar mixture and place in a hot oven at 450° for about 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350° and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Cover with meringue and return to oven for 15 minutes.
