Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 c. shortening, 3/4 c. milk and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix first 7 ingredients together. Put into a greased 9 x 12-inch cake pan. Pour rhubarb over cake dough. Sprinkle gelatin on top of rhubarb. Mix together 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour and 6 tablespoons butter until crumb-like.
Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
