Reuben Meat Loaf
Reuben Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef chuck, 1 1/2 c. rye bread crumbs, 2 eggs, lightly beaten, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/4 c. pickle relish (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, pickle relish, Russian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Mix with hands or wooden spoon to blend well.
On sheet of plastic wrap, shape meat mixture into a 7 x 14-inch rectangle.
