Reuben Meat Loaf
Reuben Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 2 c. bread crumbs, 1 egg, slightly beaten, 2 tbsp. catsup and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, catsup and salt in bowl, mixing lightly.
Combine sauerkraut, 3/4 cup of the Swiss cheese, pastrami, sour cream and mustard.
Pat out 1/3 of the meat mixture on baking dish, then spread 1/2 of sauerkraut mixture. Repeat layers.
Bake at 350Β° for 60 minutes, loosely covered with foil.
Remove tent.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of loaf and bake 5 minutes.
