Reuben Casserole
Reuben Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) ziti rigati, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 3 tbsp. dijon mustard and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook ziti rigati; drain.
In medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, mustard and pepper.
Blend in milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
Combine ziti, cheese sauce, corned beef and onions; mix well.
In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer one-half each of the ziti mixture and sauerkraut.
Repeat layers.
Top with bread cubes.
Bake at 350Β° until hot, about 30 minutes.
