Refrigerator Rolls
Refrigerator Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 2 1/2 c. warm water, 2 eggs beaten, 2 1/2 tsp. salt and 3/4 c. softened shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put yeast in bowl with warm water, and stir until dissolved. Add shortening, sugar, eggs,
6 c. of the flour and salt.
Stir and beat until smooth, about 1 minute. Add the remaining 2 - 2 1/2 c. flour, and kneed. This makes a soft dough.
Cover tightly and place in refrigerator overnight, or up to 2 - 3 days.
Punch down and pinch off, however much is needed.
Make walnut size balls, and place onto greased cookie sheet.
Let double in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen rolls.
