Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Oatmeal Cookies
Reese'S Peanut Butter Cup Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, softened, 3/4 c. peanut butter, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In a large bowl beat oleo and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
Add sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, soda and salt; blend into peanut butter mixture.
Stir in oats.
Cover dough; refrigerate several hours, until firm enough to handle.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until almost set; cool 5 minutes.
Remove wrappers from peanut butter cups and place on each cookie, pressing down gently. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
Cool completely.
