Red or Green Pepper Jelly
Red Or Green Pepper Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. minced red or green peppers, 1/2 c. minced hot red or green peppers, 7 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. white vinegar and 2 (3 oz. each) pkg. certo liquid fruit pectin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Bring to a boil and boil for 6 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in fruit pectin and continue to boil 3 more minutes.
Remove from heat.
Skim off foam.
Pour into hot sterile jars.
Makes about 7 half-pints.
