Red Clam Sauce
Red Clam Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 garlic cloves, chopped, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste, 1 (27 oz.) can italian style tomatoes and 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In large saucepan, sautΓ© garlic in olive oil until lightly browned.
Slowly stir in tomato paste and white tomatoes.
Add parsley, salt, pepper, oregano and sugar.
Simmer 1/2 hour.
Add clams and simmer an additional 15 minutes.
Serve over spaghetti.
