Raspberry Vinegar is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. white wine vinegar, 2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries (not in syrup; thawed if frozen), 1/2 c. honey, whole cloves and cinnamon sticks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine vinegar and 1 cup berries in medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer, uncovered, for 2 minutes.
Stir in honey and remove from heat.
Pour berry mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large measuring cup.
Don't press down on berries.
Discard the berries.
