Raspberry Pie
Raspberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. water, 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jell-o and 1 qt. raspberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring to boil the water, sugar and cornstarch.
Add the Jell-O and stir to dissolve.
Let cool.
Pour over about 1 quart berries. Stir to cover all berries and pour in baked pie shell. Refrigerate.
Cover with Cool Whip.
