Ranch-Style Peach Pie
Ranch-Style Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1 c. sugar, 1/3 c. crushed soda crackers, 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans and 1/4 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat egg whites until peaks form.
Add sugar very gradually, beating until stiff.
Fold in crackers, pecans, vanilla and peaches.
Spread over bottom and sides of greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
Reserve several peach slices for garnish.
Alternate layers of whipped topping and peaches on cooled crust, ending with topping.
Chill until serving time.
