Raisin Cream Pie
Raisin Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8-inch) pie crust, 1 c. raisins, 3 eggs, beaten, 1 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put raisins in colander; pour boiling water over.
Combine eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, lemon juice and margarine. Mix thoroughly by hand (do not use mixer).
In unbaked pie shell, pour raisins and nuts.
Pour egg mixture into unbaked pastry shell over nuts and raisins.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes, or until set in center.
