Raised Meatballs
Raised Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. fresh pork, 1 lb. lean beef, 1 medium onion, chopped fine, 2 slices bread (i use dry bread made into crumbs) and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all ingredients well.
Place in refrigerator for several hours (overnight).
Form into balls and brown in small amount of shortening.
Place in pan with lid along with the soups mixed together and pour over meatballs.
Bake for 2 hours at 300Β°.
Makes 75 small meatballs.
