Quick Veggie Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans italian style stewed tomatoes, 2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans beef broth and 2 (14 oz.) cans mixed vegetables, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large pot, brown meat and onion.
Cook until onion is tender.
Drain; salt and pepper to taste.
Put in remaining ingredients; stir.
