Quick Coffee Cake
Quick Coffee Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. sifted all-purpose enriched flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix the first 5 ingredients and add the flour.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Flour kneading board lightly and roll out to about 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with biscuit cutter.
Place in baking dish and allow to rise for 2 hours.
Before baking, brush tops with melted butter.
Bake at 450Β° for approximately 13 to 14 minutes.
Can be baked immediately, but better if you let them rise.
Very easy and very good.
