Quick Baked Catfish(Low-Fat)
Quick Baked Catfish(Low-Fat) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 fresh catfish fillets, 3 tbsp. margarine, melted, 1/2 c. bread crumbs (italian style), 1/2 to 1 tsp. each: thyme, dill, pepper and garlic powder and milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 500Β°.
Rinse and pat dry fillets.
Dip in milk.
Place, skin side down, in foil-lined pan (spray with cooking oil spray).
Mix bread crumbs and seasonings.
Add oleo to moisten and sprinkle or spoon over fish.
Bake, uncovered, for about 12 to 15 minutes (a little longer for thick fillets). (Guilt free.)
