Quiche Pie
Quiche Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9-inch pie crust, 3 large eggs, beaten, 2 c. swiss cheese, shredded, salt and pepper and 1 c. ham, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Add chopped ham to bottom of uncooked pie crust.
Beat eggs by hand.
Mix flour with small amount of half and half to make it smooth.
Add milk and milk-flour mixture with eggs.
Add cheese and salt and pepper.
Mix well with wire whisk or fork; pour over ham.
Bake in slow oven at 325Β° for approximately 40 minutes, or until almost set.
It will shake slightly in middle.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Must be served hot.
