Crumble bacon into small pieces.
Reserve 1 teaspoon of bacon and teaspoon onion slices for topping.
Spread bacon and onions evenly bottom of pie shell.
Sprinkle grated cheese over bacon and onions.
In a 2-cup micro-proof measure, heat milk on High setting for 3 minutes.
Mix mustard in beaten eggs. Gradually hot milk as you stir.
Pour carefully into pie shell.
Sprinkle reserved bacon and onions on
