Quiche Lorraine
Quiche Lorraine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bacon, 1 c. grated swiss cheese, 5 eggs, 2 c. sour cream and 2 tbsp. (1/2 pkg.) dry onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut bacon into small pieces.
Fry and drain.
Sprinkle over bottom of unbaked 10-inch pie shell.
Add cheese.
Beat eggs until foamy.
Add sour cream, parsley, onion soup and spices.
Beat. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack about 10 minutes before serving.
