Pumpkin-Raisin-Nut Bread
Pumpkin-Raisin-Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. vegetable oil, 4 eggs, beaten, 2/3 c. water, 2 c. canned pumpkin and 3 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour three 8 1/4 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans.
Combine oil, eggs, water and pumpkin. Sift together into bowl the flour, salt, nutmeg, baking soda, cinnamon and sugar.
Make a well in the center. Add pumpkin mixture and blend until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in raisins and pecans.
Turn into pans and bake 1 hour.
