Pumpkin Pie Cake
Pumpkin Pie Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz.) cans pumpkin, 4 eggs, beaten, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Blend the pumpkin, eggs and vanilla.
Add sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, cloves and allspice.
Mix these ingredients well. Add canned milk and continue to mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spread dry cake mix on top evenly. Sprinkle on nuts and melt margarine and pour over top.
Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350Β°.
