Pumpkin Nut Bread
Pumpkin Nut Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, softened, 3 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 3 c. all-purpose flour and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Combine next 7 ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with pumpkin. Stir in vanilla, raisins and pecans.
Spoon into 4 greased and floured loaf pans, medium size.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pans 10 minutes.
Remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks.
May be frozen.
