Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 beaten eggs, 2 c. pumpkin (1 lb. can), 1 c. oil, 2/3 c. water and 3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix eggs, pumpkin, oil, water and sugar in regular size bowl. Sift flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; add to pumpkin mixture.
Either grease and flour loaf pans or tear off strips of waxed paper to line pans.
Use either 3 small ones or 2 large loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Let cool 4 to 5 minutes and turn out on wire rack to cool.
This freezes well and can be baked in foil pans for gifts.
