Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. shortening, 2 2/3 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin and 2/3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease two loaf pans and line bottoms with waxed paper.
Mix shortening and sugar in large bowl.
Add eggs, pumpkin and water.
Blend in flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and cloves.
Pour into greased pans.
Bake about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Nuts or raisins may be added if desired.
